|Recommended: YesNice Place — The place is nice and very good location to Johnson city and Elizabethton, but our unit still has problems with the sink drainage and the maintenance has come often and it still hasn't really been fixed. Parking is a little bit of an issue and sometimes can't even park where my unit is. The Wi-Fi isn't half bad but it could be better and wish we had access to ethernet, but id rate the place of living 3 5 stars. Its nice but some things could change to make it a little better.

|Recommended: YesI'm 64 years old and have lived many places throughout my life. Never have I lived in apartment townhome where so many professional, friendly and responsive staff have worked. I have not run into one person who is not educated and knowledgeable in their job. If you put a maintenance request they handle it immediately in an extremely quick and orderly fashion. Plus they keep up the outside property even blowing off balconies if needed. The property is so peaceful, with beautiful views and well lit at night. I think I'm here for life and highly recommend you to even just view an apartment townhome and meet the awesome staff The units are so peaceful that we don't even know are neighbors exist when inside due to excellent construction.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Nice area and very safe. We needed a short-term rental and this worked out perfectly. Property was very clean, staff friendly, great location to live. We had one maintenance issue with the Washer drain and Maintenance was out the next day to fix. We never had any problems with anything. Sterling Hills brings in food trucks which is nice. I would recommend Sterling Hills for sure.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Sterling Hills for 7 years. Seen it change management companies a few times. This is the best these apartments have been taken care of in a few years. The company running it for the past 2 years have really done some work on upkeep.. The gym is like new. There is 2 pools and they are always kept nice. You can’t beat the location.The apts are 50 years old. Sure they aren’t top of the line luxury but things are fixed in a timely manner and the grounds and parking lot are kept clean. I see them remodeling in vacant apts all the time.I enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful And Quiet — Sterling Hills is the perfect location if you are looking to get away from the noise. It’s tucked away in a gorgeous spot by Milligan’s campus. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The staff is always extremely friendly and eager to assist residents with whatever they need in a timely manner. I have enjoyed my time here at Sterling Hills and I would 100 recommend this place to anyone

|Recommended: NoNot Worth The Money — The rent here is way above market value for what you get. My neighbor is apparently a hoarder so I get his overflow of cockroaches. Cigarette smoke is constantly coming into the apartment from God only knows which neighbor, it rains in my apartment and one month later no one has come to fix it. Awful trashy place to live. I am moving to the Reserve, which is actually worth the money and it only costs 100usd more for near double the size and infinitely better amenities. Don't fall for this hole.
