|Recommended: YesMore Trash Cans, Pet Waste Containers Put In. — I could hear my neighbors through the walls all the time. Parking was kind of a nightmare cause my neighbors had at least 4-6 cars at their apartment on a regular basis. The same people who would not pick up after their dogs. Cigarette butts everywhere as well. The ladies in the office were the absolute best, always pleasant and got things taken care of very quickly. Rhonda bent over backwards when it came to taking care of her tenants.

|Recommended: YesGood Community But Parking Can Get Dicey — It’s a community of good, warm people who are mostly friendly. Maintenance works at their own pace though and parking can get difficult to find if you show up at the wrong time.

|Recommended: NoGreat At First, New Mgt Comp New Probs — The apartment in and of its self is mediocre and outdated but it was in a good location and did have a fireplace. Parking has increasingly become an issue, the parking lot itself is in poor repair with new potholes forming nearly weekly. They will not accept payment in the office you have to do it online, where they charge you outrageous convenience fees for paying online.
Rent is never what it says on the lease agreements, and is different every single month I've been here over 2 years now with different fees being assessed ffrom pest control Which hasnt been in my home since COVID to Trash pick up.
They do nothing to prevent and stop theft from vehicles, they do nothing to those whose dogs leave waste on the sidewalks they do nothing to the people that continue to leave large furniture or other items in front of the trash dumpsters. The pool has been closed all year and they stopped accepting packages in the office which means having to fight with the post office. They did not go down in rent, but instead found a different way to charge even more in rent.
Maintenance Staff, while nice and polite, have no idea what they are doing or are preventing from fixing things the right way. in the last year, they have had to replace my HVAC unit, no less than 6 times.
Since Covid, I have had little to no interaction with the office staff, aside from occasional emails. They are nice and I'll give them credit for that.
From time to time I can hear the neighbor's but it is an apartment that's to be expected.
The water company charges OUTRAGEOUS Prices because this property is outside the city limits., this has nothing to do with the apartments themselves but it's worth mentioning. I use More or less the same amount of water as I did living in another city I never received a water bill for more than 55 there, Here I have not seen a water bill for less than 120.
Overall I feel like I would warn someone away from these apartments as they simply are not worth the overpriced rent and overpriced water bill. I won't be renewing my lease when it's up.

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional and go out of their way to assist with any problems, questions or concerns. The grounds are well maintained all year round. |Recommended: YesProfessional, Good Maint. Staff, Bad Media Package — The noise levels are pretty good, can only hear neighbors when they are being extra loud. Parking is not great in winter time because even though each unit gets a couple spaces and tags, the office does not enforce it and causes issues for people who ACTUALLY live here. The maintenance staff is exceptional and are very quick to respond, as well as they are very friendly. And while they need to step up in regards to the the parking, the office staff has been very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is great with only a few little wear and tear issues you'd find anywhere. The MANDATORY media package though is atrocious. We were guaranteed that we would have speed strength regarding the wifi signal for gaming before we signed contracts and that aspect has been severely disappointing. Tried twice with a help desk but could not get online games up to speed i.e. 3-5 second buffers in live game sessions . I think its unfair that it is required as we have to pay for a second internet service just to make games things playable and videos streamable. Even the charter technician same company as required package said that the one in place for all residents was very weak. The grounds of the property are great, but could benefit from some pet wastes stations as there is a lot of dookie visible along the side of the roads. Without the required 70 a month cash burn I would give this place a 9 but as it stands a 6.5 is the highest i would rate this place.
