|Recommended: YesAlright For The Cost — Older buildings, with little to no updating of interior. Thin walls. Grounds are well maintained, just wish the buildings themselves were give the same investment. Very kind staff with pretty good communication. Internet's stellar.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — Sterling Hills is clean and well maintained. I had a few issues when I moved in but the maintenance staff fixed everything almost immediately. Everyone I've met here has been very kind and inviting. It quite so you don't have to worry about being bothered.

|Recommended: YesWe Enjoy The Quietness And The Views. — I would tell anyone who is interested in living here that, so far, it has been a very nice place to live. The townhouses are nice, the office staff are friendly, and they are quick to take care of any issues that may come up. The maintenance staff are also friendly, helpful, and efficient. I think one of the best things about living here is the views of those East TN mountains. I also like that our particular townhouse is located where I can see my children from our patio when they are playing at the playground. I am also looking forward to the new family gathering area currently under construction.

|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Apartments In The Tri-Cities — I have lived at Sterling Hills for almost three years now and it has been a very pleasant experience. Any problems we may have had with our apartment was promptly fixed by the friendly and professional maintenance crew. The staff here genuinely care about their residents and community. Each month they offer cool promotions or giveaways which is something I've never experienced at prior apartment homes. They've been taking the Covid-19 threat seriously and keep everything spotless Very pet friendly too with a cute dog park to let your dog out to stretch their legs.

|Recommended: YesLove It Quiet, Peaceful And A Beautiful Setting. — I've been here almost 2 months and so far I love it. It's quiet and peaceful. Staff and maintenance crew are responsive and polite. The apartment isn't new and is showing signs of wear and tear so I think the rent is a little high. But, for me, the setting and scenery make up for it.

|Recommended: YesA Fantastic Neighborhood — Layouts are compact, but countless storage and closet options help keep everything put away and keep rooms open. Layouts are fantastic in design and offer unique options compared to other neighborhoods. Work orders are done in a timely manner. Large amount of green space that is well kept and enjoyable to look at. Parking lots look like parties happen often with trash often being left in parking lots. Perhaps if offered dumpster in parking lot opened both sides instead of one it could help. Most places are beautiful to look at, however some show no effort to pick up messes or keep exterior areas of home clean. Overall, the positives heavily outweigh the negatives and the experience of belonging to a fun, enjoyable community is fantastic.

|Recommended: YesNice Community Area Beautiful Layout — Layout of the homes and community in general is beautiful. There are plenty of commodities offered. Very impressed with staff and their willingness to help and doing so in a timely manner. Only negatives would be that the policy about cleaning up after your pets need to be enforced as many people do not. The exterior of some of the homes could use a pressure wash or cleaning more frequently. Overall, still a beautiful community that offers so much for a fair price.

|Recommended: NoEvery call from Rhonda, the manager only comes around when theres an issue , is nothing shy of rude.Most businesses are doing anything they can to help out during these hard times, but here Helping during COVID, is to run a promo for paying rent EARLY, you might get selected to be a winner for a rent discount.How is this helping ALL of the other tenants Its hard for EVERYONE. This is a slap in the face A greedy tactic to make sure they get their money.Other local complexes have modified pool hrs reqmnts or, if pool is't open, they've been issuing some type of courtesy credit for the loss.Our pool hasn't been open, this is a BIG reason a lot of us CHOOSE to live here, so I inquired about this to MGMT. Understandably, it's not open i won't argue why.But,to be told We don't CHARGE you for the pool so we aren't issuing credits nonapologetic at the LEAST.To not care or try offer us SOMETHING This was EXTREMELY disappointing.Take your money to a complex that cares for it
